William Bordet works in company law (operation and development of structures), financial law (issue of securities) and contract law (transactions, commercial contracts).
After training in business law (post-graduate degree (DEA) in business law and economics from the University of Paris 1, of which he was the valedictorian) and European law (degree from the University Center for the Study of the European Communities of Paris 1), he obtained his Attorney at Law certificate (CAPA) in 1996 and began his career at Coopers & Lybrand CLC juridique et fiscal (now Landwell & Associés). In 2004, he joined the firm as a partner.
William has managed numerous reorganizations, in particular for companies in the financial sector (asset management), the industrial sector and the luxury and fashion sector, as well as a large number of transactions and issues of securities.
